the file is too big for photobucket. i just went to a co workers computer and it loaded fine. strange.

With fliiby you have to make the gif "public" instead of private

Nice work bro. Look into "Refine Edge" when you are cutting out their faces. You can smooth the borders out with that feature in PS.
