The Hitler videos -need advice

Yeah, I know, Germans, and this may not be technically farking, but I need some advice and I figured this was the best place to go.
I want to make a Hitler video for some family members that haven't seen these videos yet, for something totally unrelated to sports.
If I want to change the subtitles myself, and make it look good, how should I go about doing this?

Here's the original without subtitles. I used windows movie maker to make the subtitles for the other video
