Super Bowl Ring Image.

I would like a Saints Super Bowl ring avatar for a message board and these are the requirements listed below but I am absolutely stupid when it comes to image resizing and shite like that. Never posted in the Fark board and have heard this is the place for requests like this. Could anyone help me out? Images must be square (it seems to be particular about that)
Images must be at the biggest 100px by 100px, square, and no larger than 40kb in size. Accepted image formats are JPEG, PNG, and GIF

I can't help you (sorry) but it will definitely help the farkers if you have a source photo.
