Someone crashed into my home costing

The deductible and doing about 15k in overall damage. Can anyone of y’all clean up a picture where it’s easier to see? My ring camera caught it all but when you blow up the picture it’s blurry.

Damn yo. Hope you catch the SOB. Was going to do what farkers do on this board initially, but then said damn that sucks. Let's catch this ahole first. Have some software that might increase size/resolution, but others may have better. Certainly the police do.
