Can anyone here help me make a file for this image:
It’s not a great image for this but I’m hoping someone here can attempt this
I’m trying to etch this on a yeti cup for my young cousins

To make it a vector you mean? Those are the best for printing on T-shirts and the like.
Also it won’t look all that good with the crown being cut off. Do you have a full sized photo or link?

Don't know if this would work or not.

It can be converted to an eps in gimp. Pretty sure that doesn't help you but it's all I got.

Try downloading this here. I put the image in this vector program and you can see the result in .svg, .eps and .pdf
