Can you guys help sharpen these pics for me? I cant get the quality to come out very well. Thanks in advance!!

Exposure is correctable, but when they're blurred, it's hard to fix.

Yeah, I tried sharpening and boosting color in this one, still very blurry though--

that is better. What tools are you using. I have photoshop but the sharpen tool is about the only thing I know to use for clarification but it gets too grainy.
