anybody wanna take this picture i took and make it a sig-pic size?
don't really want my username or anything else on it, i'm just aiming to get it the same size as my current sig-pic

i really need to learn to do that
i open a picture in paint.net and it says i can resize it, but when i get it 400x150 it's still to big on the byte size
can you crop it from the top of the score board, or will it turn out right?

I use paint.net too. After I cropped and reworked the size I had to sharpen it with a sharpening plug-in I downloaded. The quality was really bad after being shrank that much. But when you go to save the file as a .jpg it will have a box pop up that will allow you to adjust the quality. Obviously the higher it is set the larger the img file and the lower the smaller the file. It tells you the size of the image in KB when you adjust the quality so you just have to play with it to get it under 30 KB for avatar and sig pics.
