What is the easiest way in photoshop to make a picture look like a painting? I see a lot of options in the Filter Gallery, but not exactly what i am looking for.

The watercolor filter, when adjusted, can produce some nice results. Depending on the image, sometimes you have to work with several filters and adjustments to get what you want.
