You can only pull the entire file with it as far as I know. Once I pull the file down, I edit and dump frames with AVS. LINK It's not freeware, but I was given an unlimited subscriptions to it years ago and have always used it.

. I just got After Effects (I think TNGOP uses this too), so I'll probably use that to edit down frames and the actual gifs (once I figure out how to use it).

Betting he was out from hitting the hood. The head hit to the pavement probably killed him though. Both Fibs and/or Tibs broken. I think he died though because if you see his back side while he is in the air it appears he literally got the shite knocked out of him.
