Picture needs better clarity

Can anyone clean up this picture that was taken with a cellphone to give it better clarity. It is a little to blurry for my tastes. You are of course free to have whatever fun with it you wish. The picture is from a charity poker tournament where I played with the 2008 playmate of the year and the 2008 playboy cybergirl of the year. Any help you guys or gals can provide will be appreciated.

I was looking for some clean up of the picture similar to what was done in this thread LINK (though my cause is less worthy).
And yes, I realize my photo is of poor quality, but I thought I'd give it a shot and see what the masters here could do.
