An image search for "stupid hat" later and the hot dog one seemed like a good one to fark...right angle for the pic, easy to isolate the image and, of course, it was a stupid hat.
I thought it was due to tremendous bun style hair. Good work either way,

Sure, we can go with that, too.

Someone please add Kim Jong Un's face on the girl getting cupcaked

ETA: also, for the gif masters (paging Dr. Noleman and others), I need help with gifs. I've been working on the Dr. Evil macarana gif and I took each frame and layered Kims face over Dr. Evils face (for each frame) and grouped them into individual groups for each frame (45 frames, 45 kim jung face layers). I have Kims face positioned how I want them for each frame already, but just need help with the final stretch. How do I animate each group to act as one like one in the animation? Is that possible also, is there an easier way where I can combine the two layers in each group into one and revert back to 45 individual frame layers? Am I doing it correctly, doing it the long way or am I totally off course? Basically, someone give me a brief quick tutorial on editing gifs. The videos on youtube are horrible and are all made by 10 year british kids who sound like their gargling marbles. Any help would be much appreciated since I've been teaching my self how to use photoshop.

That's all I see. I compared the source versus his and that's the only difference I can come up with.

ETA: I just had a moment of brilliance and an idea for a fark. Hint: It involves Alec Baldwin

I probably just gave it away for the more perceptive ones

Drew, you have an option in terms of what the timing is before the next frame loads (ie. .01sec, .02, etc etc).

They should be all within the same photo. I'm assuming you didn't animate each frame with a separate photo correct?

Ok, the steps for animation (assuming you pull in an existing .gif that you want to edit):
1. File-Import-Video frames to layers (use the "*.gif" to find your gif that you want to edit)
2. From there, the individual frames of the gif will load to your timeline. (Window-Animation)
3. Work your magic (swapping faces, edit, move, distort, etc.)
4. Save your work (File-Save for web and devices) and voila - you're done. Hilarity will ensure

Thanks idlewatcher. I'll give it another shot sometime tomorrow.
