Newsletter software

I've been put in charge of doing a monthly newsletter. What's a good program to use that has premade templates but also gives you some flexibility with style, color, etc.?

I use Microsoft Publisher. Good program.

If you need to put your picture in the first edition of the newsletter, I'm sure the fine folks here could assist you.

You've been itching to drop that on a thread @ OP - yea for simplicity sake, use Publisher (not even sure it's still in existence). If you are semi computer literate, Adobe InDesign has a pretty cool suite of templates as well.
