Newsletter software

I've been put in charge of doing a monthly newsletter. What's a good program to use that has premade templates but also gives you some flexibility with style, color, etc.?

I use Microsoft Publisher. Good program.

If you need to put your picture in the first edition of the newsletter, I'm sure the fine folks here could assist you.

@ OP - yea for simplicity sake, use Publisher (not even sure it's still in existence). If you are semi computer literate, Adobe InDesign has a pretty cool suite of templates as well.
