Need someone to resize this picture

Has to be at least 399 pixels wide, and the height needs to be between 150 and 175 withought losing any quality. TIA

You're asking for a drastic change in aspect ratio... will this work?

Thanks, I'm trying to use it for the new Fbook timeline cover picture. It has to be at least 399 wide, they don't have a limit on the height but anything over 200 is too tall and it cuts a lot of the picture out. Let me upload this one and see if works.
ETA: That does look much better, what it really needs is zooming out I think that would help the height problem, but this looks good Thx

"Since your cover goes across the entire width of your timeline, the image you select for your cover has to be at least 720 pixels wide. This means you may not have the option to choose certain photos as your cover image, or you may get an error if you try uploading a photo that isn’t big enough."
