Need ideas for rear window perforated vinyl image

Looking for ideas/designs for a gift of perf vinyl for a friend’s truck… dimensions that’ll cover the rear window need to be ~23”x~70”
Looking for any cool ideas that you guys can come up with… bullet points to consider when coming up with your designs:
1. America
2. Freedom
3. Skull & Crossed Bones
4. Sons of Anarchy
5. The Wire / The Shield
6. Patagonia/Yellowstone
7. Volkl skis
8. Vibram Soles
9. Military
10. Winning
(Damn, that’s one fantastic brainstorm board if I’ve ever seen one… damn again)

Are you going for all of the items in the bullet points on a single perf' vinyl or are these as different options for themes?
Also - photographic or artwork?
Patagonia/Yellowstone makes me think he might be into fly fishing or mountain ranges.
Is he a veteran? If so, what branch (or even unit). If not, would he have a preference of branch?
That's a wide assortment. Point me in a direction.
Would like to know make and model of his truck as well as color in order to make it look right. 2wd? 4x4? Lift kit?

The bullet points are just “inspiration fuel”… think a generic design that isn’t specific to anyone… just a cool image and you have complete artistic license to come up with whatever you want… just think “if I saw that on the rear window of a truck I wouldn’t be offended, but somehow proud”(?)
