Need help with this logo, please

Can someone help with this logo?
I need the background removed, and the letter shadowing changed to white. Also, there is no color within the state, that is a part of the background.
Still want the state outline present in each picture with the state outline the same color as the lettering.
Then can I get another logo with the colors reversed?

So you just want the "DSU" in green with a white shadow and then a reverse (DSU in white w/ green shadow)? Or do you still want the state outline in both?
