need help with a picture

im offshore and dont have access to photoshop, can anyone change the colors in this picture for me. make the helmet white and the "LA" logo royal blue with a blue face mask and if possible put a royal blue center stripe down the middle of the helmet? TIA

This is a different helmet but i can add a visor if you would rather that.
