Well none of the kids could remember who wrote Common Sense and one of the kids said "Hey, T-Paine who wrote it." Eventually they all started calling him OTP for the original T-Paine. Which I'm fine with, it helped them remember and on the previous test not a single kid missed any question regarding Thomas Paine or Common Sense and the ideas expressed in it. I also got them to create a rap song which outlined the reasons for independence. You may think this is horrible and what not, but these kids think history is extremely boring and have no desire to learn it. If I can make it somewhat fun and they actually retain the information then I have absolutely no problem doing it. Besides these pictures are absolutely hilarious, Lil John Adams
