I think I've asked you this before, But what do you use to turn videos to gifs? Is there an adobe program that can do that?

For the GIFs in the thread:
1) Download Helper to save YouTube video to MP4
2) AVS Video Converter to edit/trim MP4 and dump frames to PNGs
3) Import PNGs into Adobe ImageReady
