LSU ALUMN NEEDS PHOTOSHOP HELP

I'm an LSU alumn: Please would someone photo shop this rim to have the color of the car attached as a ring on on the outside of the rim and black on the remainder of the rim and change the remove the black background from the picture. I would really appreciate it. My car is exactly like the one in the link and I want to see if I should paint my rims like that.
