Looking for some help from the TD pros

I'm good with everything seen , I just wanted to add curved words on both sides of the center logo. One one wide of the flame logo , we are trying to curve the words "Patient Guided" and on the opposite side we are trying to get "Wellness Outcomes" curved on opposite side. Anyone able to help?

That’s the only way I could figure out how to show what I’m trying to do is with the link. Don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Thanks for any help in advance.

Yeah...this isn’t m doing. I was just asked if I could try to figure out how to curve the words around what’s already there. I’m trying to find a different copy or picture to use or just the original logo if I can.

How about something like this? You can keep the logo, it's fine but the spacing was jacked up.

I can put that box thing back on there if you really want. Looks better without in my opinion.
Also, is "MD, PA" Maryland, Pennsylvania or Medical Doctor, Pennsylvania?

It’s medical doctor. I’m not the doctor. I think it looks better as well but he’s looking for the box around it and then the “Patient Guided” curved around one side of the blue circle and “Wellness Outcomes” curved around the opposite side of blue circle. I just appreciate any help. What you’ve already done is far more than I could have ever done. Thanks, man! Seriously. This has driven me crazy for 2 days. Folks here rock and I wish I had remembered sooner as some have helped me in the past here on the Fark board. Again, thanks.
