I think he'd stay if a big name with clearly more NFL Coaching experience is chosen... That list is looking to be a short one getting shorter, though with Holmgren flirting with the Browns (not a good fit for the Cowboys anyway), the Redskins chatting up Shanahan, and pissing off Reeves before this year(big mistake on Jerry's part not hiring him when he could).
Personally, if they were going to cull the college ranks, they should talk to this guy...
