Can you make a .gif of moving emoticons? Like a large amount of emoticons, but in one .gif? Basically a .gif of a .gifs?

I'm not good enough with animated gifs yet to be able to explain. It seems like it would be a relatively simple gif though. There are plenty of youtube videos that show you way better than I could.
