Is anyone willing to do a photo touch up for me?

I know I should have cleaned her up and composed the pic better in the first place but I wasn't thinking. Could someone please clean up the blood and gore and remove the protruding tounge to make this an ok pic for my office.

cleaned up his nose a little bit, but if you want it left alone i'll throw the other one up, If I missed some red my b I'm a little color blind plus my photoshop is sucking right now
