Improving picture resolution request

Can somebody convert this photo to a better resolution so it will look some what decent when printed out as an 8x10?

That's not possible. You would need a bigger version of the pic to ensure better resolution at a larger size.

This is the best I can do. In the first one I enlarged it to 8X10 then ran some sharpening filters. In the second one I went a step further and blended some of the pixelation and distortion, primarily around the face, hat and jacket. It's not perfect, but it should probably look okay printed as 8X10.

I searched for it on bing and found one slightly larger, like 550x300 or something, so I used it.
