I have no idea how to do anything with my photos.. so i am trying to upload a photo and the requirements says:
Maximum size of 700k. JPG, PNG.
please help me make this picture fit the requirements-

irfanview is a good application to crop,cut,copy,paste,resize,etc
imageshack also has a way to resize the image as well as host it.

i made is so small and the site is stil saying there is a problem, so thanks for the help but this is a lost cause-
