Help with heart shaped letters

If this needs to be moved to the Help Board, let me know and I will RA to have it moved.

I am trying to use Photoshop to create some simple effects to spruce up a list of the months of the year. For September I have done the letters filled in with sections of a football field, for January I did an icicle effect, and for October I have done the word like it is carved into a pumpkin. I am trying to do February like the letters are made out of hearts, but I can't figure out how. If I Google it all I come across are either fonts that I would have to pay for or else how to fit words into certain shapes.

What I would really love to do would be to have each letter of the month look like it started out as a heart and was reshaped, either by die cutting or morphing, but I guess if I can't do that easily I would settle for having the word February form the outline of a heart. Any ideas?
