HELP! on a Photoshop.

I am trying to to photoshop the SEC logo over a map of the states in which there are SEC schools. Only this time I am including Texas and Oklahoma(considering realignment) into the map.
I want to show all borders between all states.
Could someone help out.

Actually I did something different.

First you have to upload it to imageshack or photobucket. Then just get the url and copy and paste it in a post. Then 'select' the text of the url and click the img button.
