Help fix this old photo, please

This picture is a man who passed away recently in my community and his family had shared it on Facebook. Thought it would be a nice gesture to see if one of you guys could fix it up and bring it back to good condition...thanks, guys! I appreciate it!

I'm at work and that was a quick job, so there may be some spots I missed. But I do enjoy restoring old photos like that.
