I had some time. I didn't take a bunch of time on this because I have no idea if you wanted a realistic image or a cartoon type drawing.

Creating a brand new print-quality logo is actually quite a bit of work. Graphic design companies get paid big money to do this.

Since you are planning on selling it, you can't legally rip-off someone else's artwork.

I find that ghosting "SAMPLE" across an image works well in these situations.

This is why I hate it when people post the same thread in two different boards.

ETA: from a year ago? and he never checked the thread?!

Excellent advice Troubl. Hopefully I got this up before he ripped off my design. I suggest everyone else do the same. Thanks Troubl!

This is really the worst type of request. High expectations, no direction and what feels like little appreciation for effort. Still, I have been turning it over in my head.

I have made quite a few shirts and this is how I would do it. I would use black shirts. I would put the school logo on the front chest with "soccer" under it. On the back, I would simply have this:

Yes, that is an original image I created from two photographs. I didn't have permission to use the photographs but the final image is not recognizable as the initial picture so there should be no moral, legal or ethical dilemna about using this for commercial purposes.

If the original poster decides to use my idea, I give permission. However, I would like one of the final products.

Thank you. But who would pay for these services when folks don't even use the images I create here for free?

I have several designs out for review with a few companies. Once you try to get images published, you realize how very talented other individuals truely are. My work pales in comparison.

If any of my work does get picked up, I will share.

Still no response. If history repeats, this poster will show up in year and ask again just in time for another fundraiser.

I wonder if this individual printed any of these without responding.

Should I ever see any of these images on a shirt somewhere, I will not be pleased.

Perhaps I am getting more irratable these days but there seems to be a growing list of people for which I won't do anything else.

I enjoy your work here and did sport the Welcome to Death Valley shirt you provided me when I went to the last home game.
