I don't know if this is possible...but If anyone can do it it would be y'all. could you stop this video on the 5 second mark and make that some sort of picture LINK

Pause the clip at 5 seconds
Press "print screen"
Open a new file in Photoshop
Paste the print screen shot into the new file
Crop the picture
Done

You can also do it paint.

Go to paint>edit>paste

Noob question--- I have a print screen button i did that but i don't think it printed the screen...i can't find it anywhere on my computer

Some keyboards you need to press SHIFT and PRINT SCREEN at the same time - then open a new document in whatever program you use and paste it.

"Alt+Print Screen" always worked for me...then as troubl mentioned, you have to "paste" it into some sort of graphic program. (MS Paint sometimes gives you the "jaggies"...)
