Fark Judge Valkenheiser's Nose (Worth Your Time)

Take a look at the following pic (totally safe):

I want this image as a sig pic. However, it won't be approved until something creative is done to his nose! I was thinking that it would be funny to put whitey tighties, a men's cup, a condom, or a bikini on the tip of his nose.
If anyone can do this and also resize to sig pic standards, I'd greatly appreciate the effort. Also, feel free to include a resize for avi parameters...

Awesome man! I appreciate it. I get blocked by barracuda when I try to resize it myself. If you have a moment, can you also size it to avatar parameters. That's the last thing I'll ask...promise.
