that's a tough one because of the swirl with the mailbox. Here is my best shot.

That one's not, but you can get that effect by duplicating the layer (just logo, no background) and lightening it using a gradient (from white to invisible at about 15% opacity) and then overlaying it on the original (adjust opacity again to taste).
