Clone tool

It's actually pretty easy. The most difficult part is finding the font. I would do it for you but I couldn't find a "tool" font with a quick google search.

If you find one, here is how you do it (I use Paint.net but there should be similar commands in GIMP):
1. Find and download the TFF file for the tool font
2. Create a new layer over your image
3. Spell out what you want in the desired font in black
4. Copy the layer
5. On the second layer change the font color to white
6. Gaussian blur the white text. Now you should have a white outline with the black text layer above it.
7. Here is where it can get confusing. This isn't difficult though- just tough to explain. Use the magic selection tool to select all the black text. Change layers to the white blurred layer without deselecting the letters. Delete the selection in the white blurred layer. Now delete the entire black text layer. It should leave you with just the white blurred outline and the text will be transparent so you can see your image through the letters.

Make sense? I know it is a little difficult to explain. If you have questions, ask. Or if you find the font file, I will do it for you. I just couldn't find it intially and don't have time to search for it.
