Can you put my spearfishing club's logo inside La. state outline

Thanks Tim! That's what I was looking for except for one small thing I forgot. Since a dive flag stripe goes the other way (top Left to bottom right), could you or someone remove the yellow stripe then add one going from the top left corner of the state to the bottom right?

Sorry, the original image was a mirror of our logo because I wanted to keep the diver in the outline but the stripe needs to go the other way.

There is a problem doing that. Do you see how on the original design the lines around the diver that intersect the flag strip are clean? To make an extremely clean line, you need a program that can create vectors. I use Paint.net which doesn't have that capability. So if I were to add the diagonal line, I could outline the diver and fish in purple but you would be able to see the pixels of the outline. I could do it but it wouldn't look professional. Perhaps someone else has the correct software or more skill than myself:
