Can this be made into a vector?

Id like to have one of these pics of my lab made into a decal for my truck. I doubt it will turn out great because of the brush around her. I'll let you guys decide, ya'll are the pros.

Just got a yella. Don't think I'll ever have a complete trio. I would love to get my hands on a "Red" lab. Those are beautiful. Soon to be a registered color among the labs from what I've been told.

Not easily. Fur is difficul to begin with. The brush makes it even more labor intensive. I won't have time to do this for you.

No problem man. I Figured it would be a pain in the arse. I tried to play with it but this crap isn't easy. Hats off to you fellas.
