Can someone do a better job of 'shopping my avi?

here's the source pic.
i can't seem to get the color to change correctly and still leave the shadows in the wrinkles. nor could i get the gator logo to strecth around her boob. thanks in advance guys.
eta: btw, don't worry about resizing. flickr does that for me automatically.
