Thanks for the mention from the earlier posters. I read most of the Fark board everyday whether I respond or not. I generally have a reason if I post. I don't care about post-count and only do the work I want to complete.

So I was not ignoring the request. I had seen it. And yes, I can do what you request. But I won't. I don't say that to be malicious.

I don't know the artist who created this image. But you do not have permission to use his work for a shirt design even for just personal use. You have to ask. Otherwise, it's stealing. While it does appear that Cornstarch's image is a vector, that particular bitmap is not in print-ready resolution.

Then there are the compliance issues Trouble mentioned. So as you can see, there is a lot to what seems like a simple request.
