Bachelor Party favor for a friend

Hello Farkers....
So a coworker friend of mine got put in charge of his friends bachelor party last minute and he is looking to make some shirts, but needs some help.
I have helped him as far as I can, but now I need some help.
Please tell me if this is TOO HARD and to frick off.
Basically he wants to take this image on a black shirt via screen print. Ideally, he wants one image that only includes the WHITE parts of the shirt. The black lines and buttons are fine, but not the outside part or the black lapel.
Basically just the white lapel outline and then the white t-shirt and black tie.
If any of you could do this and save it as a VECTOR file, I would appreciate it greatly! Thanks in advance.

Ok, so one more request...
Would it be possible to put a PIN on the lapel that says:
B2B 2010
Just a white button button with black print.
THANKS!! Also, free beef jerky from my for whoever can do this....

That's actually pretty easy. But I don't have the capability to create vectors. So the print shop might charge an artist fee. It just depends on who you deal with.
I can create a PNG if that will work. If you really need a vector, then I cannot help and don't want to waste time on something you can't use.

THANKS!!
My friend said that the shop said they preferred vector graphics. I take that to mean that they will work with other formats. If you could create a PNG that should work!
Thanks again!!!

Try this (it won't show up on white background).
The design is white on a transparent background. You should be able to paste it on only color shirt.
The problem with PNG's is you can see the individual pixels. That doesn't happen with lostless Vectors. But again, I don't have the capability to create vectors. A print shop can easily fix this with their programs but they might charge you a art fee.

No. I switched the sides of the button like requested. I did it on the file on my photobucket account so you won't see both versions.

If you saved it as the same file name on photobucket it keeps showing the old one. It may have to do with the computers cookies or something but you should try saving it as a new name, add a 2 and the end or something.
