AVI/Sig Request

Seeing as I am nearing the 1,000 post mark, I think its time that I had an AVI and sig made. Would anyone be so kind as to help out someone who has tried and failed to work GIMP and make it myself? It would be greatly appreciated.
The AVI would just be this pic of Laxer with a trademark "TM" off to the right of his head.
For sig, I'd like just "TMRebal" in block letters with this Ole Miss logo for the "M" and the "a" being the Braves logo, maybe with a pic of Chad Kelly peeking out from behind the tomahawk if possible. If the person who wants to make it would like to make any additions to this, feel free to do so.
Again, if anyone would take on this challenge for me, that'd be amazing and I'd appreciate it.
