Archie Bunker fark request

A good friend of mine is a registered nurse., and a few years ago he asked me to help him with a Fantasy football team name. Well, he's been known to have a temper, so I named his team "Angry Male Nurse." A little googlework later, and we had this for his avatar:
as you can see, we had to shrink it down, and now I can't find the original source pic. Can somebody fark Archie into some nursing gear for me? Here are some possible source pics, but don't feel constrained if you have better options:

Outstanding! Is it possible to get the cigar in there somewhere? I like the "dangling from the lips" look, but the hand may be a lot easier. Either way, great job. Thanks!
