I'd say early 90s. I think Curly Hallman brought back the double goalposts. And I think we had that crap font in the end zones during that time.
I bet someone can tell you the exact date though.

Tiger Eye on the 50 yard line. That and Toonces I would say around 2000.

The old upperdeck was refitted in 2002. So this has to be 2000-20001.
I'm going with 2001 too, because the new Apartments (ECA I think) are in this picture, and they didn't open until 2001.
