A little help resizing an image

Can I get some help from one of you guys? I’m ordering a custom blanket for my wife for Mother’s Day. They require certain dimensions and guidelines to make an order and I’m not great with this sort of thing. The requirements are as follows...

There was an HBO copyright in the bottom right corner. I took it off. If anyone asks, you didn't get this from me.

Download Irfanview. It’s a simple tool to use for resizing, color changes, cropping, etc. best of all is it’s FREE.
