A couple of requests (re: coaching search) - Election Meter and "It's Happening"

I would be more than grateful if someone could recreate, as a gif, the "famous" New York Times election forecast meter and have it alternate between Jimbo Fisher and Tom Herman being in the lead. If you are unaware, the needle on the meter had an artificial stutter that made it seem like it was calculating data in real time (which wasn't the case) - recreating that effect would be pretty amusing, as well.
