More clarification about the Jaylen Samuels controversy ... He tested with TEs at the NFL Combine. Our provider, which designates initial eligibility, followed with a proper RB/TE tag. Yahoo game opened with the NFL Draft. Why the dual eligibilty stuck. It’s that simple.
