Who should I add/drop here?

Being that he's hurt and will be a backup anyway when he returns I'd drop Jacquizz for any of those guys. Next I'd probably drop Harris if Hyde is back (sounds like he is) for either Rawls or Kelley. I think Kelley is a safe play with a good floor but Rawls has more upside if (and that's a big if) he comes back full force.

I'd hold on to Rodgers. Drop White for either
Rawls or Starks.
