Which RB?

I have QBs Brady, Ryan, and RG3, but I need a RB. Someone that needs a QB has Alfred Morris, Lesean McCoy, and Frank Gore, He'll give me a RB for a QB and he'll probably throw in a mid tier WR, depending on who I chose. How would play this trade?

Trade Ryan high and buy McCoy low in a package deal. When Brady starts scoring points you'll be golden.

I have McCoy. If someone tried to get him for RG3, I think that would piss me off enough to not trade with them at all.
