Week 7 Bye Week TE Question

Cook on a bye this week. Not so much to options (the likes of Kmet, J. Smith, Uzomah, Firsker, Hooper being tops), but who to drop from:
Damien Williams RB (COVID?)? Then a bunch of supposedly higher ranked players that just ain't getting it done (Julio Jones, always injured. Antonio Gibson (do they shut him down)? Or Cook (which I like).

I'm in a similar situation with Knox on bye, and I'm not ready to drop Knox yet.
I picked up Kmet...figure CHI can't run against the Bucs and will play from well behind. Hoping that those two equate to decent production from Kmet.
I dropped Julio. Dude can't stay healthy, plays on a run-first team, and is playing 2nd fiddle WR. Even if he starts, he's a risk to not finish every week. This may be a mistake, because TN has some great matchups on the schedule, but I'm comfortable.
With my other WR's, I'll never start Julio with confidence anyway.
