Because he is the highest rated (disposable)SP on my team according to most fantasy analysts. Listen I know he doesn't bring K's to the table, but somehow he always has low ERA's.
I didn't draft him, so I have no clue who likes him or not.

BTW, the Reds suck balls for having Mesoraco not be able to play for 17 days and still needing to be out another 7-10 days, but not put him on the DL

Why would you do that when you have two decent closers. That should automatically keep you in the middle of the pack in terms of the saves category. Storen and Perkins are going to hurt any of the ratio categories. You happen to grab a closer off the WW and all the sudden you are in the top half of the league in saves.
Just wondering the rationale behind punting saves.
