Yea, he's not paying attention at all. I sent him a trade offer almost two weeks ago and haven't heard anything from him

I gave him a deadline in an email a few days ago (which of course, he has not responded). He has until April 30th.
He has made a couple transactions including one like a day or two.
It could be hard to find a replacement for his team though.
Since I gave him that deadline, he does have until the end of April. Thanks to everyone else for their activity and paying at the beginning.

30th is a good date. If he doesn't pay up by then, my vote is to lock his team as well.
