I'm terrified of starting Vick because he's burned me so many times by not finishing games. Matthew Berry's article scared me because he said the Raiders had a good D wouldn't start Big Ben.
I'm desperate or a W and will likely roll Vick.
I would start Kapenick in your situation. The Jags are full on suck and he's healthy.

Kap is safer. Vick could put up 45. If i was a long shot, I'd start Vick.
